How To Enroll
To participate in the SMS Operational Alert Service, individuals must complete the form request below.
If you have issues with the submission please contact ITSupport@countryfreshinc.com
Country Fresh Information Technology personnel review each request and manually add approved participants to the notification group.
Participation is voluntary and you can opt-out at any time.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based upon operational activity and business events.
Recipients may receive multiple notifications per day during active incidents.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
Recipients may stop receiving messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to a text message
- Emailing ITSupport@countryfresh.com and requesting removal
